Headwaters Music & Arts Scholarship Program

Headwaters Music & Arts is committed to providing affordable, high-quality programming for all ages, including adults. We provide scholarships based on financial need to reduce qualifying students’ program fee by 25% to 50%. Approval is based on calculations provided through https://reports.educateiowa.gov/ICAVES/Home/Calculator.

To apply for scholarships, print the form below, fill it in, and submit it to Headwaters Music & Arts, 519 Minnesota Ave NW, Bemidji MN 56601 or scan and email it to info@headwatersmusicandarts.org. Applicants will be notified of scholarship approval within seven days.
