Create a set of handmade plant markers to use in your garden or potted plants. In this hands-on pottery class, participants will roll out clay slabs, cut shapes, and design their own plant markers, adding texture, stamps, or carved details to personalize each piece. Participants are also welcome to bring leaves, plants, or small stamps from home to press into the clay to create unique patterns and impressions.
Once the markers have been fired, participants will return to the studio to glaze their pieces, adding color and finishing touches before the final firing.
Glazing Session: May 9 | 4:00-6:00 PM
Clay, glaze, and firing are all included in the cost, and a variety of pottery tools will be available in the studio for participants to use.
