What truly sets this class apart is the instruction. Lenore Siems brings over 40 years of teaching and performing experience, blending deep musical knowledge with warmth, patience, and a gift for making learning joyful. A classically trained violinist and violist with degrees from Bemidji State University, Lenore has inspired thousands of students across the region through her work in schools, orchestras, and community music-making. As a founding member of the all-woman band Caleigh, she also brings a rich, lived understanding of music as connection, creativity, and lifelong expression.

Whether you’re fulfilling a long-held dream or simply curious to try something new, this 8-week course offers expert guidance, a supportive community, and a clear path from “never played” to making music with confidence.
